As we plan to relax, lets plan to incorporate our health and wellness by ...getting the extra rest we need, after a stressful or just full week; deciding to do something enjoyably active, i.e.seasonal stroll outdoors; discover a new yum-yum, healthy food/recipe... and cook it.

I mentioned to Sharon today that I was thinking about starting my Christmas shopping this weekend... turns out we'll be car shopping instead, as our lease is almost up. Not really enjoyable, but at least the weather will be nice and we can get out to enjoy it! :)
