Hello,
Earlier this afternoon, one of the Lifestyle Challenge members weighed in; he weighed more this week than last. He had much going on ...many stressors including the Thanksgiving holiday.
Let our Lifestyle Challenge member inspire you today. He was in right back at the fitness center today working out tough and focusing again on his goals.
Today is a new opportunity to not think about yesterday and be motivated towards the tomorrows.

Saturday At the Anytime Fitness Center
Hello,
I'm spending the morning at the Fitness Center. Hoping to have some new member sign ups. We have an advertisement in the Woodbury Bulletin for special 2 day pricing.
I can't always plan for what a day will bring; so I have to make new goals on the fly.
With it being pretty quiet;I figured I would get some unplanned extra work done. Monday,I had planned to re try getting signed up on the Woodbury Bulletin's Blog, but I had the time today,so.....
Now I am successfully signed up! Yeah! Getting one goal accomplished feels good.
Small steps on a slow day; make a foundation for bigger steps on a busy day.
Is there any small unplanned steps you can take today,to make leaps for tomorrow?

Today is Friday! Let's purpose to get rest this weekend!
Hello,
I am so glad today is Friday, I plan on getting some rest this weekend. It's been a busy week.
It's great to have a time of rest.
Though rest maybe sitting down on the couch or sleeping in on Saturday morning;I think it's much more. Rest is taking out time to look beyond today, and hope in tomorrow. Peeling away the thoughts/activity attached to our minds/ hearts/body, and contemplate the future with confidence.... this is true rest, for me.
Let purpose to have a restful weekend!

Hello Readers,
It's great to make goals. Good goals, give us a good direction.
Let me give you a few personal goals from our Lifestyle Challenge group.

Alex- has a crazy, busy schedule her challenge is to get in 5 days cardio...will put in next weeks schedule
Marlena-spends time with co-workers by eatting out...will plan to bring meals;walk with them instead
Stacia-does not like nuts(not allergic but just doesn't like-'wishes was allergic')...will try for a snack
Jen-would like to learn how to use another piece of fitness equipment.
Mal- would like ride 30 minutes straight on bike without stopping.
What is your good goal for this week?
